A.J. Dunne is an outpatient and manipulated rape victim of corrupt counseling service founder Martin Gold. She was lied to by Gold into believing she was "molested" by her father Gregg Dunne, not long before raping her under the pretense of "conquering fears".
A.J. was arranged to be pimped out to Ramsey Vickers in a motel, where Vickers overzealously raped, sodomized, and strangled her. She fought back enough to bite Vickers' penis, but it was too late to save her. With the help of fellow outpatient and drug addict Enzo Cook, who previously warned the Dunnes about what was happening to A.J. Gold was arrested in a sting and imprisoned for his crimes to avenge A.J. (SVU: "Users")
