Law and Order

Aaron Cole is the murderer of Jerome Elliot.

History[]

After the squad discovers that Aaron might have been involved in the murder, Aaron gets brought into the precinct for questioning where he gets sat down by Cosgrove and Shaw. Aaron then suddenly confesses to murdering Jerome to protect Sophia from being murdered by him. Aaron's father then shows up and tells him to stop talking but Cosgrove arrests Aaron for Jerome's murder. Aaron then gets taken to trial where Price and Maroun argue over whether Aaron should be tried as an adult.

After McCoy decides to try Aaron as an adult, Aaron then gets remanded where Whitmer tries to get Aaron's confession thrown out. Yee then finds surveillance footage of Aaron in the vacant lot before and after the murder. Cosgrove and Shaw then discover the murder weapon but there are no fingerprints. Yee then discovers that Lily sent a text to Aaron, which Cosgrove tells Price about. Lily then testifies against Aaron where Whitmer accuses her of having suicidal thoughts which makes her testimony not credible.

When Aaron testifies, Aaron testifies that Lily talked to him a lot about Sophia. Aaron then claimed that he thought Jerome would kill Sophia and so he blacked out but doesn't remember killing Jerome but remembers seeing him dead on the floor. Aaron then continuously apologises to Sophia. In the end, Aaron gets found guilty of Jerome's murder and imprisoned. (L&O: "Class Retreat")
