Adam Arkin is an actor who played three different characters in Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
He is the oldest son of actor, director, and writer Alan Arkin and his first wife Jeremy Yaffe and the older brother of Matthew Arkin, who guest-starred in several episodes of the Law & Order franchise.
Arkin is best known for his portrayal of Aaron Shutt on the TV series Chicago Hope (with Mandy Patinkin, Roma Maffia, Vondie Curtis-Hall, Roxanne Hart, Christine Lahti, Jamey Sheridan, Rocky Carroll, Stacy Edwards, and Eric Stoltz). He also starred on the TV show Life.
