Professor Adele Diamond is a legal representative and a scholar on feminist theory. She, ironically, has been in the defense of accused misogynistic criminals, especially when victims, women specifically, testified in court, using her well-versed expertise as part of her strategy.

History[]

Diamond was the legal defense of metal icon Clarence Carmichael, better known as "C-Square", in the trial against him over the rape of Julia Wood. Diamond's maneuvers were slick, starting with motioning for Judge Rosalyn Lenz to recuse herself due to a relative legally fighting Carmichael over a failed restaurant, replacing her with Andrew Barsky.

When Julia testified, Diamond tried to make her seem vindictive and untrustworthy when she said she never had contact with a lawyer, despite her father Michael consulting one to force the media away. Diamond also got the doctor who examined Julia, Dr. Wells, to admit there wasn't enough physical evidence to confirm Julia was raped, despite it matching her account. But despite Diamond's efforts, Stone had Carmichael's vulgar, women-hating lyrics admitted into trial, which was enough additional character evidence for a conviction. (L&O: "Discord")
