Agustin Fernández Santana III (born March 10, 1976 in Havana, Cuba) is a Cuban actor who portrayed Roscoe "Ross" Morales in the Law & Order season 6 episode "Slave".
Fernández (who became professionally known simply as Agustin after his appearance on Law & Order) has an extensive career as a writer and producer. His writing credits include the films Badge of Honor, A Rose Between Thorns, and Falling Awake (featuring Nicholas Gonzalez, J.D. Williams, and Nestor Serrano). He was co-creator and producer of the Spanish language vampire series Gabriel. Fernández won four Emmys for Gabriel in 2009 and won five others for his work on documentaries.
