Alex Petrillo is the son of Robert Petrillo, who drugged, robbed, and attacked gay men.
History[]
After Stabler finds out that there is a suspect attacking gay men, Alex meets with Moretti in the car. Alex attempts to do business with Moretti, but Moretti asks Alex for more money before telling him that he looks like his father. Later, Robert gets into Alex's car and asks him about the robberies. Alex tells Robert that he thought he would be proud of him while Robert is out dealing with gambling debts. Robert tells Alex that he wants better for him and wants Alex to shut down the operation. Later, after Stabler goes undercover to bust the robbers, Alex manages to get identified by the cops at the scene. After Alex gets punched by Geary, Alex gets arrested by Bell and taken into custody.
During interrogation, Alex tells Stabler and Bell that he was enjoying a night out at the club. Stabler and Bell then confront Alex about the evidence against him, but Alex tells them that he doesn't think the charge will stick. Stabler then tells Alex that his dad can't help him, and Alex tells Stabler and Bell that Robert wanted him to run the clubs clean and that he owes debts everywhere. Bell and Stabler manage to get Moretti's name out of Alex. Bell and Stabler then send Alex to meet with Moretti. Bell and Stabler listen in on Alex as he gets forced into a car with Moretti. Moretti then tells Alex that he is changing the deal which surprises Bell and Stabler. Alex then gets taken to a warehouse where he finds out Robert is being kept at.
In the warehouse, Moretti then tells Robert that Robert will hand over his business to him otherwise he will kill Alex. Moretti then pulls a gun on Robert and claims that Robert uses the clubs to launder money and make a fortune. Alex becomes angry and lunges at Moretti who finds the wire and shoots Robert and attacks Alex. Bell and the task force then barge in and arrest Moretti for his crimes who claims that Alex made a big mistake. Alex then gets arrested and charged with murder and a hate crime charge.
