Alicia Milford is a popular high school student who murdered her secret girlfriend Julie Cade.
Milford was a cheerleading captain, honors student, and was sought for a scholarship from several Ivy League universities. She is also a closeted lesbian, who killed Julie in the latter's apartment building because Julia was about to publicize their relationship. McCoy and Southerlyn blackmailed Milford with publicizing her trial down to the motive behind the murder, resulting in Milford taking a plea to protect her orientation and reduce her sentence.
