Allison Downey is the cousin of the late Lisa Downey. She was briefly declared dead due to Lisa being found with her driver's license.
It was revealed that before Lisa was killed, Allison lent her teenage cousin her college ID so Lisa could get into clubs with her boyfriend. When detectives went to speak with her mother, much to Mrs. Downey's relief and the detectives' bewilderment, Allison returned alive. When Allison clarified how Lisa got her ID, Lisa's life was tracked to find out how she was murdered, which resulted in arrests. (SVU: "Hooked")
