Amy (also referred to as Amy Doe) is the final victim of serial torture-murderer Larry Moore, whose full name was never identified in the episode. She was one of two women held captive during the torture of the second woman, Kate Barrow, and was also tortured while Kate heard her suffering as well, per Moore's M.O.

Kate was found dead, next to a dead Moore as the result of a gunshot to the head. In tracking Moore's hideout in a storage unit, Amy was found in a small compartment. At first appearing dead, she awoke and frantically struggled against her bonds, despite her physical trauma making it dangerous for her if she moved too much. She said her first name in the ambulance before she slipped into a coma.

The extent of her wounds and scars were covering and inside her entire body, as far as making her digits die from constricted blood flow. Because of her trauma, she eventually went into critical condition and died in the E.R room she was placed in. It was revealed Agent Lauren Cooper, the primary FBI profiler on the case, killed Moore, partly out of fury when Moore refused to reveal Amy's location in time. (SVU: "Signature")
