Amy Hargreaves is an actress who played five different characters on Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
She had a recurring role as Maggie Mathison, the sister of CIA agent Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) on Homeland (2011-2020) with Mandy Patinkin, James Rebhorn, Jake Weber, Linus Roache, and Dominic Fumusa. In 1994, she starred in Brainscan with Edward Furlong. In 2012, she made an appearance as Dr. Karen Folson in the 2nd season episode "Leap of Faith" on the CBS show Blue Bloods. From 2017 to 2020, she began portraying the role of Lainie Jensen, the mother of protagonist Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) and wife of Matt Jensen (Josh Hamilton), in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why (with Christian Navarro, Brenda Strong, Jake Weber, Steven Weber, Brian d'Arcy James, and Kate Walsh).
