Andrea Fay Friedman (born June 1, 1970; died December 3, 2023) was an actress with Down's syndrome who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Competence" as Katie Tolliver.
In 1992, she starred on the ABC series Life Goes On as Amanda Swanson. She has also guest-starred on shows such as Walker, Texas Ranger, Family Guy, Baywatch, E.R., Chicago Hope, and Touched By An Angel.
On December 3, 2023, Friedman passed away as a result of complications from Alzheimer's.
