Andreas Hemming is an artist and suspect in the murder of Ellen Sazelin. After her blood leaked through her apartment floor and onto his painting, he mixed her blood with paint to finish the art he was working on.
When SVU discovers this, he’s brought in for interrogation, but he's revealed to have an alibi in his business. It's unknown if he was tried for obstruction or tampering with Sazelin's blood. (SVU: "Bully")
