Andrew Brady is a former police commissioner for the New York City Police Department. He was linked to Delia Wilson's Sex Trafficking Ring and thus resigned when knowledge of the ring became public.

Prior to Captain Donald Cragen's arrest and after the public outbreak of the Delia Wilson's Sex Trafficking Ring. Andrew Brady, fearing arrest and further investigation, formally resigned from the NYPD to maintain his reputation and stay out of jail. His resignation was later broadcasted on television for Donald and Oliva Benson to witness. (SVU: "Lost Reputation")
