Andrew Drake is a rapist who assaulted Mandy Fowler.

Andrew was friends with Mandy since the first grade, and was upset that Mandy didn't reciprocate his crush on her later in life, seeing him as a brother. He later forced himself onto Mandy at a party and raped her. Mandy got extremely upset and ran away, before being found and confessing that Andrew raped her.
Andrew was eventually arrested by the Special Victims Unit in his class and taken to the precinct. He was later incarcerated for raping Mandy, showing remorse for what he had done. (SVU: "No Good Reason")
