Andy "The Monster" McPherson is an MMA fighter and the online boyfriend of social media celebrity Katy Miller. Out of jealousy, a fan of McPherson, Heather Parcell, hacked Katy's account and sent Andy texts asking for a rape fantasy, successfully tricking Andy into raping Katy.
Katy at first refused to press charges due to knowing him, but she finally fingered Andy and he was arrested. More texts while Andy was in custody again talking about rape fantasies revealed the set up. Katy was willing to forgive him if he helped the detectives after they offered a deal for a year’s probation, which he took in spite of his lawyer's protests. Parcell was eventually tracked and convicted for rape facilitation and imprisoned. (SVU: "Intent")
