Law and Order

Angela Brandt is the mother of Tracy Brandt and a client of modeling photographer Julian Decker. Angela was also a sexual abuse and pimping victim of Decker, as she needed the money for Tracy’s private school tuition, which led to her being the original prime suspect in Decker's eventual stabbing murder.

Angela was arrested and taken to trial, represented by Shambala Green, but inconsistencies in details that seemingly incriminated her revealed she was never guilty. It was revealed Tracy was Decker's murderer, and a statutory rape victim of Decker who snapped after Decker decided to stop using her after manipulating and raping her for a while, as Angela threatened his arrest. Angela took the blame to protect her daughter and hope she'd easily be acquitted at the trial to save Tracy from penalty.

Angela was released with all charges on her dropped, and Tracy took a plea bargain for a reduced sentence when she tearfully confessed. (L&O: "Skin Deep")
