Officer Angela Donahue is a corrections officer and the fiancé of her colleague, Officer Pete Bennett. As a woman, Angela was regularly sexually harassed by the inmates and even other guards, Bennett always stepping up for her, even if it meant getting into scraps with the lookie-loos. It all came to a head when gangster Rafael Alejo raped her, which was traumatic enough her engagement to Bennet was put on hold.
Bennett arranged for serial killer Judd Larson to shank Alejo to death while Bennett stoked a prison fight, in exchange for Bennett protecting Larson's son in a juvie center. Bennett was taken to trial, but the jury acquitted him out of sympathy. (L&O: "Standoff")
