Angela Torres (alias Sho-Ling Fu) is the accomplice of Frank Martin and David Kelp in their operations for client embezzlement and diamond smuggling. She used to work in an S&M club, but she accepted bribes to take on an alias and smuggle diamonds for Kelp, who was her boyfriend.

Angela always knew Kelp's life would be on the line if she failed or turned away from the scheme. She was devastated when Martin did eventually shot Kelp in his head while sitting in his office chair, even though it was because the detectives were closing in and she never abandoned the plan.

Angela took a plea deal to provide evidence to arrest Martin and his last living accomplice, Frederick Tucker, for white-collar and murder charges, reducing her penalty. It's unknown if she was sentenced to jail time. (SVU: "Stocks & Bondage")
