Anna Maria Chlumsky is an actress from Chicago, Illinois who guest-starred on Law and Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

She is known for her role as Vada Sultenfuss in the 1991 film My Girl (with Griffin Dunne) and its 1994 sequel, My Girl 2 (with Christine Ebersole and Gerrit Graham) and formerly starred as Amy Brookheimer on the HBO Network series Veep (with Reid Scott, Gary Cole, Kevin Dunn, Clea DuVall, Tony Hale, and a recurring Margaret Colin).

In October 2019, Chlumsky was cast in a main role as Vivian, alongside Julia Garner in Shonda Rhimes' Netflix limited drama series Inventing Anna (with Laverne Cox, Terry Kinney, Arian Moayed, Anna Deavere Smith, and Jeff Perry). Chlumsky has voiced Charlotte Pickles in the Paramount+ revival of Rugrats (with Swoosie Kurtz and Henry Winkler) since March 2021.

Since March 8, 2008, Chlumsky married her former University of Chicago classmate Shaun So, a former veteran turned businessman, who founded "The So Company" in 2012. They have two daughters: Penelope (born July 2013) and Clara (born August 2016).
