Annabella Gloria Philomena Sciorra is an actress who played the role of Detective Carolyn Barek in twelve episodes from the fifth season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. She also played Maggie Dettweiler in the Law & Order: Trial by Jury pilot episode "The Abominable Showman".

She reprised her role as Barek in the twenty-second season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.[1]

She starred in several films including The Hand That Rocks the Cradle (with Rebecca De Mornay) and What Dreams May Come (with Robin Williams).

From 2001-2004, she appears as Gloria Trillo in the HBO crime drama series The Sopranos (with Edie Falco, Robert Iler, Michael Imperioli, and Matt Servitto), for which she was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series.

In 2018, she starred as Rosalie Carbone in the second season of Marvel's Luke Cage (with Mike Colter). Later that year, she reprised the role of Carbone in the third season of Daredevil (with Vincent D'Onofrio).

In 2021, she appeared as Fay Bonanno in Epix's Godfather of Harlem, which reunited her with D'Onofrio. Later this year, she has a recurring role as Dr. Romy Lucio in NBC Medical Drama series New Amsterdam.
