Annabeth Pearl is a woman who murdered her abusive husband Tom, who was a police officer. During her trial, Pearl claimed that Tom was psychologically and emotionally abusive, although she admitted that he never hit or raped her. When questioned by Lieutenant Benson, Annabeth said that she was glad Tom was dead and that she'd prayed about it for years.
It is unknown whether Annabeth was imprisoned for what she did as the episode ended before the jury verdict came in. (SVU: "Part 33")
