Annie Meyers is a woman who was the target of teenage serial rapist Hunter Mazelon.

She and her date had an argument about politics, before he found a stranger sleeping naked in Annie's bed. She screamed in shock, and her date caught Mazelon when he tried to flee, long enough for the police to arrest him.
Annie stormed right into Manhattan SVU precinct, claiming that Mazelon intended to rape her, despite his denial. To prove it, she shows the squad a duffel bag and saying Mazelon hid in her closet with it in preparation to rape her. The bag had tape, pantyhose and a butterfly knife, which confirmed her suspicions.
CSU conducted a search of her apartment, eventually coming across semen stains all over the floor in her closet under the UV light. Annie was utterly disgusted and averted her gaze as she walked off. As Mazelon was a victim of child sexual assault, he reported at his trial being groped by Stabler in what was implied to be a misinterpreted motion. This was enough to get him released, after which he killed another woman, was revealed to have raped other women in Oregon, and went on a crime spree until he was arrested. (SVU: "Delinquent")
