Antonio Johnson is the half-brother of murderer Sam Johnson.
History[]
Antonio was very close to his half-brother Sam after their mothers raised them together.
At some point, he was arrested and imprisoned with his DNA being put through the system. Upon release, he was put on parole and found work at the car wash, under the supervision of racist parole officer Roy Eastman.
Welcome to the Pedo Motel[]
When Eastman had demanded Antonio to sexually assault a teenage girl Ceranda Zajmi, the latter refused to carry it out to avoid serious jail time. However, his brother Sam committed the crime to protect Antonio after Eastman tried blackmailing him with fake records of parole violations.
Sam's actions led to the murder of Ceranda and the wrongful incrimination and eventual lynching of Lonnie Linston, also set up by Eastman to prevent Liston from having a relationship with Eastman's stepdaughter, McKenna Jensen.
SVU discovered Antonio through a partial DNA match that Sam left behind. He denied any involvement but slipped up by revealing that he was working the night Ceranda was killed. They force him to tell them who did it, not wanting trouble Antonio cooperated. While in the car of Detective Katriona Tamin, he reluctantly identified his brother at the basketball court and hid his face in shame at betraying him. Regardless, Sam begged Special Victims to not prosecute Antonio.
SVU also found the texts between Eastman and Antonio, as well as cash withdrawal documents that show that Eastman orchestrated the murders. In exchange for exoneration, Antonio was forced to testify against Eastman, leading to the latter's imprisonment. (SVU: "Welcome to the Pedo Motel")
