Background Information and Notes[]
- Goofs: Matthew Nelson was charged with murder in the second degree for the death of Sarah Baker, however as she was a key witness against him in a criminal case he should have been charged with murder in the first degree as killing someone to prevent them from testifying in court constitutes murder one. There is also no mention of charges against him for attempting to kill Madison Platt or Detective Frank Cosgrove, in addition to murder in the first degree. Nelson should have also been charged with two counts of attempted murder in the first degree. With murder two, Nelson could be out of prison on parole in 25 years, but a conviction on two counts of attempted murder one and one count of murder one equals a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
