Principal Arroyo (first name unknown) is the principal of School 148, the school where four boys who disappeared in 1978 went to. She was their age when they went missing, knowing they weren't "just Puerto Rican thugs who ran away" and they disappeared when they were out playing baseball like they did every night after supper time with their families.
Contacted years later when their skeletons were found, she never even forget their names: Juan Alvarez, Hector Padilla, Esteban Morales, and Michael Rodriguez, in that very order she verbally recited their names. The case went cold because of the '78 Postal Strike in New York and the precinct in the district being closed a decade later. The disappearances became a ghost story about a bogeyman, but in reality, pedophile and predator Sheldon Kerrick, under the alias of "Robert Sawyer" was a maintenance man, kidnapped and murderrd them all, along with a boy found dead years before their disappearance who remains unidentified.
