Arthur Jackson is a jihadist terrorist and bomber.

History[]

He shared a cell with Charles Cole, who converted to Islam while in prison, and they both spoke of the same synagogue in Washington Heights to detonate bombs at. Cole and his accomplices were arrested when an affiliate, Sam Ahmed, turned them all in, over for bombs to bet set off at the target anyway by Jackson and his crew. When Cole gave them up for a deal, they were all tracked and arrested.

The trial was a mess, as the police provided real detonators for fake explosives, which Cole passed along to Jackson for his bombs as a courtesy. Sam also gave on accomplice drugs to get him to show up, then perjured himself when the defense blackmailed him with a past property crime he committed as a citizen that would risk his citizenship in America. When Sam changed his testimony to the truth, the remaining five defendants were all found guilty and imprisoned. (L&O: "Great Satan")
