Barry (surname unknown) is a vet tech under the employment of Mrs. Morrow, the wife and sexual torture victim of Randolph Morrow and mother of their daughter Tamara. Barry was a firsthand witness to Mrs. Morrow's drug addictions from her job and rape trauma, like Valium and Ketamine, which she led to her being suspected of being involved with Randolph in the raping and torturing of Ilena Codrescu and the murder of Ilena's aunt, Constanta. Barry finally caved and decided to stop protecting Mrs. Morrow for her own good.
Knowing she stole Beuthanasia, a euthanasia drug, from their veterinary office, the same drug Constanta was killed with, Barry went to the police and reported the theft. Mrs. Morrow was arrested for the murder, and eventually Randolph was arrested for organizing everything, with Ilena being rescued from captivity. (SVU: "Slaves")
