Benny Barros was the driver of Oscar Papa, who ordered the hit on Captain Olivia Benson.
History[]
After Fugazi tells Benson about Benny, Benson and the team raid Benny's house where his mother yells at him. Benny then gets arrested for assisting Papa in ordering the hit on Benson and accomplice to rape. As he is being arrested, Benny tells Benson to hit him or he'll be murdered in jail. Benson then slugs Benny and takes him into custody. (SVU: "Soldier Up")
Before Benny could testify against Papa, Benny gets poisoned by baked goods brought in by his mother and gets taken into the ambulance. Benson then finds out that Benny had died in the ambulance. (SVU: "Blood Out")
