Bill Dixon was a lifeguard at a camp, among the attendants of which was Camille Walters.
Background[]
He, along with his friend Alexander Gammon and Victor Ramos, ganged-raped Camille in the woods of the camp. This was instigated by Gammon because Camille had no credibility should she be reported.
For the next thirteen years, Bill went onto become a business before he got married and became a family man. He seemingly put sexual deviance behind him and lived happily.
On SVU[]
While awaiting a family game night, a vengeful Camille broke in his home, where she bound, stripped, sodomized, and branded him with the word "Ruiner" out of retaliation. He was found by his family and taken to the hospital, where he was questioned by SVU detectives but claimed no knowledge of who attacked him.
When Camille was arrested and taken to trial, he denied assaulting her and insulted her on the stand. His involvement in the rape was ultimately uncovered when Ramos learned that he had a daughter who was conceived from the rape. Ramos confesses that all three men raped Camille. It is also revealed Gammon had paid Dixon and Ramos off for their silence over the years. Dixon could only sit speechless that he has been exposed for what he did.
Because the statute of limitations had run out on Camille, Dixon was not charged with this rape, but was sent to prison for perjury after he lied about knowing and raping Camille. (SVU: "Branded")
