Bobby D'Amico is an actor/director and one of two gang-rapists with barkeep Noel Panko at D'Amico's nightclub, Bobby D's. D'Amico and Panko are confirmed to have gang-raped crewwoman Tara Browne and vlogger Kristi Cryer in the club's bathroom, starting off with D'Amico seducing women and then asking for oral sex. Then when Panko arrives, using a mixture of plea and anger, D'Amico and Panko corner the women and rape them, D'Amico orally and Panko vaginally from behind.

D'Amico claimed upfront everything was consensual no matter the woman who was raped. When Kristi was horrified the case wouldn't be taken to trial, she released a tearful accusation on her website, which made D'Amico livid. Tara responded in a comment and support Kristi by saying she was raped as well. The publicity isn't enough, but an unethical sting by Mike Dodds where Amanda Rollins was used as bait to end up nearly raped was enough to take the case to trial. But Kristi's partying at the club and her struggle with getting her full account out for fear of it not making to the courts causes reasonable doubt. In the end, D'Amico and Panko are found not guilty and released.

As retaliation, Dodds discreetly releases the video of the attempted gang-rape against Rollins to incriminate the predators and ruin their reputations. (SVU: "Star-Struck Victims")
