Brady Harrison (alias The Rohypnol Rapist) is a convicted serial rapist who later tried to frame Olivia Benson for murder but failed.
Background[]
When he was caught for a series of date rapes, Benson interrogated him and after he showed no remorse for his crimes, she told him that a pretty boy like him would be popular in prison. Brady was later sent to prison and was raped there by a biker named Clyde Vandyne, the rape being publicized around the prison as a threat against Brady. No reports were filed as the prison staff didn't care.

Believing Benson set him up to be raped, Brady stalked and murdered Clyde after they were both released from prison, tasering him, slicing off his penis, and framing Benson for the murder. After Detective Stabler and the SVU discover this, they start searching for him. Eventually, the Death Knights, the biker gang Clyde ran with figured out his role in Clyde's murder and ransacked his home. Forced to go on the run, Brady decided to finish his revenge quest. SVU discovered that Brady is near Benson's apartment.
Brady breaks into Benson's apartment after knocking out the cop watching her building and holds her hostage. He accuses her of arranging his rape and reminds her about what she said to him. Benson apologizes but truthfully tells him that she did not arrange it and should never have said such a thing, making it coincidental. Despite being shocked at learning the truth, Brady rebuffs her apology and says he was not sorry for framing her. He is about to commit suicide by shooting himself to frame her, since he is the only person aware of the truth, but Benson impedes him, and a fight breaks out and she is able to taser him in time. Stabler arrives just as this happens, and Brady is taken away to answer for his crimes.
Benson's name is cleared while Brady is later imprisoned for murder and conspiracy, being sentenced to life. (SVU: "Perverted")
