Braydon Leddy is the illicitly adoptive father of baby Tessa Leddy, who is the daughter of Dia Nobile and Kent Webster. He and his wife Josie hoped for a baby for a long time and assumed they were having their own baby grown in a surrogate mother. In truth, Kent fabricated documents to leave Tessa in the Leddys' custody to hide his affair with Dia.
When Dia, increasingly deranged over the next year, began stalking the Websters and wanted Tessa back, she kidnapped Tessa from the park while the Leddys were having an outing. Dia was quickly tracked but screamed she was the mother of the baby. This led to Kent, with the revelations destroying his family.
Dia was fighting in court both against her kidnapping and stalking charges and for custody of Tessa. However, Dia was killed after she posted bail by Kent's daughter Hannah when Dia confirmed the affair to Hannah with a sex tape. The Websters also never got custody of Tessa, as Kent was imprisoned for his crimes and Gillian took the fall for Hannah's so she wouldn't go to jail (SVU: "Vanity's Bonfire")
