Mrs. Bream (first name unknown) is the grieving mother of murder victim Judy Bream.
She and Judy’s father filed for her killer, Albert Lawrence Cheney, to be extradited to Connecticut, where Judy was lured from, in the hoes Cheney would be executed if found guilty. The Manhattan D.A.’s office successfully quashed the motion. (L&O: "Vengeance")
