Brent Spiner is an actor who played Graham Barnes in the Law & Order: Criminal Intent Season 3 episode "Shrink-Wrapped".
Spiner is well known for his portrayal of the android Data in the TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation (with Denise Crosby and recurring stars Whoopi Goldberg and Colm Meaney and in a guest role Olivia d'Abo) and the films Star Trek: Generations (with Malcolm McDowell), Star Trek: First Contact (with James Cromwell and Alice Krige), Star Trek: Insurrection (with F. Murray Abraham), and Star Trek: Nemesis (with Kate Mulgrew). He also played Arik Soong, an ancestor of Data, on the show Star Trek: Enterprise (opposite Scott Bakula) and Altan Inigo Soong, a brother of Data (as well as Data himself) in Star Trek: Picard (with Michelle Hurd and Jeri Ryan). Before that, he had a recurring role on Night Court as Bob Wheeler, which he reprised in its sequel series. He also appears in Independence Day (with Bill Pullman, Harry Connick, Jr., Vivica A. Fox, Jeff Goldblum, Margaret Colin, Judd Hirsch, Adam Baldwin, James Rebhorn, and Mae Whitman) and its sequel Independence Day: Resurgence as Dr. Brackish Okun.
