Law and Order

Dr. Brett Kincaid is a serial rapist, and later a murderer.

History[]

Kincaid targeted rape victims, who he learned about beforehand through his job as a doctor at sex addiction rehabilitation facilities, where he worked with Cap Jackson. He operated under the narcissistic belief that he was Kamadeva, the Hindu god of love, who could spiritually redeem people through sex. As a result, whenever he attacked his victims, Kincaid would wear a mask modeled after Kamadeva. Kincaid would also make a reference to their previous sexual assault while tauntingly assuring his victims that he would cure them and make them respectable women again. When his victims fight back, he would savagely beat them for their resistance.

He would attack three to four women within a one-week period before moving on to another city. In one of his attacks, in New York, a stripper cut his arm, thereby leaving his DNA behind.

Kincaid was arrested by Detective Elliot Stabler, as he was about to rape Courtney a sex-addict patient. After he was unmasked, Kincaid pled to Jackson and tried to justify his crimes as curing. After discovering a wound connecting him to one rape, Jackson told him to rot for what he did to his daughter Ann and Kincaid was taken away. He was initially charged with all of the rapes, plus the assault of Ann, but he was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment when Ann died from her injuries.
