Brian Klassen is one of two captors, along with his wife Trish of a Haitian girl they turned into a child slave. The Klassens purchased the girl from Miriam and Eric Johnson, a couple running a trafficking operation targeting Haitian children to hold captive for illegal enslavement and abuse.
The girl was found during an investigation into the ring, and the Klassens were arrested when she was rescued, along with the other kids trafficked by the ring. (L&O: "Chattel")
