Caridad Montero is a sex trafficking victim of the Yankee Rebels biker gang. Daniel Smith, a.k.a. "Igor", pimped her out among the other bikers, until they rejected her, so she turned to Tommy Bell when he wanted to ingratiate himself in the world of biker gangs.
When Tommy wanted to break up with Caridad to further insert himself into the gang, she tricked him into putting on a Rebels jacket, hoping he'd get roughed up by the group. Igor was even more furious than that and stabbed Tommy to death.
Caridad was found guilty of reckless endangerment and imprisoned. (L&O: "Rebels")
