Carla Vincent is a young woman who was murdered by Chuck Mills.

Carla fell pregnant with Chuck's baby but Chuck gave Carla a love potion which ultimately killed their unborn baby. As a result, Chuck was arrested and taken to trial, only for the presiding judge Sylvia Quinn to stand down. Quinn spoke to Carla about how she was gang-raped by three men when she was in college and that she never got justice but Carla can. This convinced Carla to testify against Chuck.
However, on the day of the trial, Carla never showed up. Benson and Paxton went to Carla's apartment to talk to her only to find Carla's dead body. It was soon confirmed that Carla died of toxic shock syndrome caused by Chuck's love potion, which resulted in Chuck being arrested and imprisoned for Carla's murder. (SVU: "Gray")
