Law and Order

Carly Rydell is a rape victim of obscene comedian and serial rapist Josh Galloway. Carly was promiscous, liking to flirt, party, and get intimate, and before getting alone with Galloway, she was a fan of the comedian's material. One night, Galloway invited her up to his hotel room, and they started making out and eventually had sex.

She passed out from her drink being spiked, and when she woke up, Carly was facedown in a pillow while Galloway was aggressively anally raping her. When she got up, she was given a gift basket by Galloway and forced to leave and keep quiet about the rape. When Galloway insulted gang-rape victim Renee Clark at a night club, which led to her nearly being gang-raped again, Carly came forward with her allegations, along with fellow college student Audrey Truffaut.

Galloway was arrested and taken to trial, saying women just hated Galloway's artistic expression and people were harassing him for no reason. Carly testified to her own account of the rape with full honestly on the stand. Tragically, online posts of Carly's flirty leisure reduced her credibility, resulting in acquittals at the trial. Clark took it upon herself to catch Galloway in the act in a recorded attempted rape using herself as bait. It worked, and Galloway took a plea deal to register as a sex offender.
