Carol Rogers is the wife and accomplice of drug dealer Kevin Rogers, distributing his mother Jenny's painkillers to addicts for profit. Carol was an enforcer paired with Jake Lumet and was responsible along with Lumet for the gang-rape of Samantha Beavan and the assault of her baby, who was thrown out of Samantha's car while it was ridden off with by the duo.
Carol was later murdered by Kevin, as she was hiding drug money for herself in a different account name Kevin was never aware of. Not long after, Kevin was arrested and taken to trial when a scratch in his skin and resulting DNA under Carol's broken nail fingered him for the murder. Jenny's was called to testify, but she was too traumatized and emotionally overwhelmed and unprepared, leading to the case being thrown out in an acquittal.
Kevin was later arrested in a drug sting and Jenny was arranged for safer, more caring placement. (SVU: "Blood")
