Cesar Ordoniez is a mobster under the employment of Gus Iacone. He covered up Stephanie Mulroney's murder of her fiance, Dean Woodruff, and killed Stanley Becker in the same fashion.
Knowing the murders of serial killer Arthur Pruitt, his prison cellmate, Ordoniez framed Pruitt in hopes Mulroney wouldn't be suspected. He was eventually tracked and arrested. (L&O: "Entitled")
