Law and Order

Chad Miller is the husband of Olympic athlete Jenna Miller and the father of their son Sam.

History[]

When Jenna was raped, he rushed into the ER to the point detectives had to pull him aside to settle his worry and outrage. He told the police Jenna would run at night to cool her mind and he didn't try to stalk his wife's activities. What he didn't know is Jenna had numerous affairs with men, even taking money from them on numerous occasions when they assumed she was a hooker.

The rapist was revealed to be one man at a bar, Michael Wheeler, assuming Jenna was a working prostitute and having a history of raping other sex workers before paying them. Wheeler was tracked and arrested when a sting to extract a confession failed. The squad rushed in when Chad interrupted to confront Wheeler, Wheeler goading Chad to punch him when revealing Jenna's affairs and remarking "you can't rape a whore".

Wheeler was taken to trial, and when the defense tried to place the blame on Jenna, calling out her promiscuity and insulting her body as an argument to say she was lying, Jenna had a nervous breakdown and nearly stripped herself before she was dragged out of the courtroom. She was traumatized and diagnosed with bipolar disorder, so with her trauma and destroyed credibility, a plea was made of a few years in prison. Jenna's athletic career was destroyed, but she was relieved to be done with the trial and return to her family. Having stuck by her side, Chad decided to support her in her endeavors.
