Charlie Donato is the sister and accomplice of video voyeur Wade Donato, having covered for his use of the cameras in her electronics store. She showed the detectives the technology used but diverted their suspicion away from her brother, only for their apartment to be tracked by the cameras' wireless signals.
Wade was found and imprisoned for his crimes. It's unknown if Charlie also faced penalties for conspiracy and obstruction of justice. (SVU: "Head")
