Detectives Fontana and Green discovered one of Graham's business cards in a car registered to Charleen Dowd, one of the suspects in the kidnapping of Jenny Clark.
ADAs McCoy and Borgia motioned to disqualify Graham from the case against Dwight Jacobs, but Judge Deidre Hellstrom denied the motion.
Graham was later arrested for accessory to kidnapping. However, he still refused to disclose the locations of Jenny or Dowd. Because the police couldn't make a case against him, they had to eventually cut him loose. However, Jacobs ends up getting a new lawyer regardless.
