Chloe Dutton is a high school loner who lost her best friend when they moved and whose parents constantly fought for custody over her. Socialite Vienna Sterling invited her to go clubbing with her and her boyfriend Andrew Kenworthy, as well as his friends Davis Harrington, Seth Wolfford III, and Mitch Wilkens, the last one a sociopath and ex-con the kids knew as "Max Van Horn".
Wilkens got Dutton alone in the bathroom, knocked her unconscious, and raped her. Wilkens the offered her to the other boys to rape her as well. The club didn't want a bad reputation, so a private ambulance "seagulled" her to the ER. She had a traumatic flashback as the trauma shears were used on her clothes, so the hospital performed a rape exam on her, then left her in isolation from being unable to watch her.
Benson questioned her, but she refused to say a rape happened and to let it go so she could return home. Benson caught sight of Dutton's stamp in the UV, but Dutton was just eager to get her clothes and leave, still taking Benson's business card. Since she called Vienna and Vienna called the four rapists, Wilkins burst into the hospital, kidnapped Dutton, and punched a receptionist on the way out.
Having a key to Wolfford's apartment and wearing his jacket, Wilkins drowned Dutton to death in Wolfford's toilet, throwing her in the Hudson and leaving Benson's business card in her mouth.
