Chloe Fuller is the daughter of Lawrence Fuller and Gloria Stanfield and the younger half-sister of Lawrence's son Kyle.

She witnessed Stanfield and Kyle in a sexual relationship and became jealous, her drawing it out at school leading to the police being called.
Lawrence was suspected of abusing her due to his temper, but her injuries were determined to be the usual injuries of an active child.
She was taken by Child Services when Lawrence and Stanfield screamed at and accused each other in front of her. She was returned with Kyle after Lawrence was murdered and Stanfield was arrested for planning it. (SVU: "Deception")
