Preston Webb, Hugo Bankole, and Nova held a meeting at an unknown location which was attended by Chopper and the rest of the Marcy Killers. After Webb announced that Nova will no longer be a vice president, Chopper made rude gestures towards her. Webb then announced that Nova will be promoted to second-in-command of the entire organization and Chopper got up and started badmouthing Nova. Webb told Chopper to sit down but Chopper refused. Webb then grabbed Chopper by the neck and smashed his head into the table before grabbing a knife and stabbing him in the hand. (OC: "Takeover")
Chopper and another rogue gang member started badmouthing Webb and the Marcy Killers while loading something into the trunk of a car. When Chopper closed the trunk, Webb was standing there with a gun in his hand. Webb started threatening Chopper before shooting the other gang member just as he was about to go free. Webb then yelled at Chopper but Chopper told Webb that he had lost his mind. Webb then shot Chopper in the head as his third warning and killed him. (OC: "Can't Knock The Hustle")
