Chris Elliott (born May 31, 1960 in New York City, New York) is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
He first appeared in several sketches on Late Night with David Letterman. Elliot then later joined the cast of Saturday Night Live and starred in the TV shows Eagleheart (with Maria Thayer and Michael Gladis) and as Roland Schitt on the TV show Schitt's Creek. He also voiced the character of Dogbert on the animated TV series Dilbert (with Kathy Griffin and Larry Miller) and had a recurring role as Mickey Aldrin on How I Met Your Mother.
