Christian Navarro is an actor who guest-starred as Paco Mendoza in the Law & Order: Criminal Intent episode "Senseless" (his first credited TV role) and as Carlos Guzmán in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Burning With Rage Forever".
