Law and Order

Clark Young is a double rapist who posed as an ambulance driver to engineer car accidents and rape the female victims.

History[]

After Emma Dunn got engaged to her boyfriend Josh Wagner, Clark engineered a car accident, which injured Emma, Josh, and the other driver, Rob Malone. Clark then arrived at the scene, took Emma out of the car, and left Josh and Rob in their cars while he raped Emma in the back of the ambulance. Josh witnessed Emma's rape but collapsed due to the trauma and his injuries. Emma's rape was investigated by the Special Victims Unit. After raping Emma, Clark raped another woman named Danielle Thomas after engineering her car accident.

Afterwards, Clark engineered yet another car accident, which resulted in multiple deaths. Clark then tried to rape one of the surviving victims, who ended up tasing him to save herself. While Benson was interviewing the rape victim, Fin told Benson that they found Clark, who had taken a female hostage at knifepoint. When Benson arrived at the scene, Clark demanded that his wife Shari apologize to him for cheating on him, otherwise he would kill the woman. Velasco and Muncy then arranged for Shari to convince Clark to let go of the hostage by lying to him and telling him that the affair was over. Clark then dropped the knife and surrendered to the police, whereupon he was charged with multiple counts of rape and murder. (SVU: "Intersection")
